This is the EXACT material used on brand new speaker boxes by car audio dealerships! Available in Black, Charcoal (Dark Heather) & Lt Gray (Lt Heather). I had to make some shelves for stereo equipment and this was 95% close to the color. I'm chalking up that slight difference to the fact my interior is 24 years old.

Only issue is that it does not react well to hook & loop. It can hold, but if you pull it off you'll quickly start to ruin the fabric.
