Description
 
The Studebaker Truck contoured sewn carpet kits are sewn to conform to the vehicle's flooring areas. The seams on the tunnel and other complex curves allow the carpet to contour to the actual floor for an accurate fit.

These kits will require some manual cutting for shift holes, seat bolts and other areas needing a cutout for installation.

** Does not fit the Studebaker Champ Model

Sales people were great, courteous,   and friendly—however I guess I didn’t check the specs closely enough because there is an opening above the Center console area  that is cut and sewn with a border which I didn’t anticipate, was hoping there would’ve no opening at all-I’m replacing an older kit  that got damaged, that did not have a slit -anyway I’ll have to see what I can do to cover the slit-

Accurate fit of carpet, nice sewn edge.  NOT Contoured of Formed...Carpet is FLAT.  Also Jute was over sized to the carpet as though the carpet was laid on top of jute then jute traced out.  I had to trim 1/2-3/4" around the boarder for fitment.  Bunches up on hump, so you'll need to add padding to fill out since it doesn't come contoured.  Jute not glued to carpet so you'll need spray glue.  Overall looks really nice, but a bit disappointed by the description and oversized jute, otherwise happy with product and sellers communication and lead time updates.

The carpet arrived much sooner than I expected.  It seems to be made of good quality material.  I was pleased that the padding was included with the rug. There was too much material at the transmission hump which I pretty much compensated for by adding several layers of padding over the transmission hump.   Cutting holes for the clutch, brake and gas petals is tricky and must be done with great care.  I will soon be buying another rug for my other Studebaker truck,
