If it's time to replace the carpet in your truck, sport utility vehicle, or van but prefer a more durable material, consider our heavy duty vinyl flooring option. Kits are vehicle specific and available for many brands including Chevy, Dodge, GMC, Toyota, Nissan, Jeep, Ford and more! Since this is a replacement flooring product, you will need to remove your seats, console, old carpet or vinyl, etc. prior to installation. In most cases, the new vinyl mat will not come with cut outs and will require TRIMMING. Please allow 3 business days for production plus shipping time from the ACC factory in Alabama. Make sure and take it out of the box when it arrives and lay it out as instructed. Don’t get in a hurry! An extra pair of hands, a heat gun and a means of trimming when the time comes. This was the first one I ever did but I’m very happy with how it turned out.

The material used for this seems to be very good. I left it laid out for several days prior to installation. It did not seem to make any difference. Your product installation has the same issues as others I have installed. All goes well until you get to the front section. I use a heat gun to get it to roll under the pedals and over the tunnel. You should make a U Tube video of how exactly this install is to be done and supply the info with the instructions. Mine turned out just fine but its probably the 50th time I have done this.
