Received my replacement order late yesterday evening. Thank you for your assistance with this order. When I replied to the survey it was sent before I could complete my response. Although there were problems with the order it was not your fault. The order was improperly packaged and Fedex totally mishandled the shipment (late delivery and totally destroyed the package and contents). Your company responded quickly and I will not hesitate to do business with you again.
Shipping was a BIG problem
