9 Yards - Foam Backed Headliner Fabric - 60" Width
To avoid creases and damage to the material, we ship
on a Roll - Not Folded
!
This material is used for mid 1970's & up.
It has foam attached to the back of the material so it can be glued to the
original headliner board. Available in 39 colors.
Don't
forget the spray adhesive to complete the job!
1 can of Spray Adhesive should cover 1-2 yards of
headliner material.
To determine the size you need, measure your vehicle headliner from front to
back, then add 6 inches. If the roof of your vehicle has a raised area, you may
want to add another 6 inches or so. Likewise, if you want to recover your sun
visors, you will want to order extra material.
Measurements:
1 Yard = 36" x 60" (3'x5')
2 Yards = 72" x 60" (6'x5')
3 Yards = 108" x 60" (9'x5')
4 Yards = 144" x 60" (12'x5')
5 Yards = 180" x 60" (15'x5')
6 Yards = 216" x 60" (18'x5') 7 Yards = 252" x 60" (21'x5')
8 Yards = 288" x 60" (24'x5')
9 Yards = 324" x 60" (27'x5')

(For complete accuracy, take a measurement of your vehicle)
Please note, since we ship on a role and not folded, shipping may be more costly
than expected. Each carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.) imposes a surcharge for
packages measuring over 48". Our shipping costs, for every product we
sell, are ACTUAL and calculated by each carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.).
Headliner Trim &
Laminating Adhesive is formulated to bond substrates that require either
high-bond strength and/or temperature resistance.
It is ideal
for bonding numerous automotive, marine, and industrial materials,
including foam backed headliners, carpet, fabrics, jute carpet pad,
foam, kickpads, rubber, plastics, and sufficiently supported vinyl to
metal and various surfaces.
Headliner Trim & Laminating Adhesive is formulated to bond substrates that require
either high bond strength and/or need elevated temperature resistance. Camie 393 also exhibits
excellent green strength and water resistance. Both substrates to be bonded must be sprayed.
These substrates can be joined as quickly as 10 seconds - 2 minutes depending on atmospheric
conditions; make sure adhesive is tacky to the touch. Maximum open time before bonding is 15
minutes depending on how porous of a substrate is being used; make sure the adhesive is still
tacky before bonding. If the adhesive has gone dead, reapply before joining the two substrates
together.
