ACC PEBBLE GRAINED VINYL Samples are sold individually and measure approximately 2x2" each. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All samples are mailed via US First Class Mail.

  • Moldable Vinyl is a material called Vinyl Alloy. It is a proprietary blend of Vinyl, Elastomers, and Fillers, which produces a tough calendared flooring surface.
  • Vinyl is 99mil (+/- .005mil) thick and weighs .65-.76 pounds per square foot.
  • Vinyl is an alternative material available for most Trucks, Jeeps, SUVs, Vans, and a limited number of Cars.
  • Vinyl width is 76 inches - 80 inches depending on the color.

THOUGH THE VINYL SHEET HAD BEEN MOULDED FOR THE CENTER HUMP, THE REST WAS FLAT, IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IT TO CONFORM TO THE OTHER RAISED PARTS OF THE TRUCK FLOOR. I HAD TO USE A HEAT GUN TO GET IT TO. I ALSO HAD TO CUT THE VINYL AT THE FRONT CORNERS OF THE FRONT SEATS, SO AS TO GET THE VINYL TO TUCK UNDER THE ROCKER PANEL TRIM.

Product looks good and durable. Will definitely try to purchase the cargo area for my suburban.  It would be awesome for anybody who reads this review to please put in a request for an additional color closer to the oem neutral color which is slightly lighter then the beige color provided...  other then that I hope to see more products for the gmt400 platform.  Thanks again:)
